I am a development manager by training and have been working with Civil society for more than 25 years, including being National Focal Point for the East African Civil Society for Sustainable Energy and Climate Action (2019-23), the Regional Coordinator for the Lake Victoria Environment Management Project (LVEMPII) Civil Society Watch Project (Nov. 2012 - May 2015) under the East African Sustainability Watch Network; and the Project: Promoting Implementation of the Paris Agreement in East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda) - with a pro-poor focus (Jan. 2017 - June 2018); In the run up to 2030, keenly following implementation of the SDGs with interest in perspectives from the Global South and Africa's Agenda 2063. Currently Chairman of the Renewable Energy CSOs Network Network in Uganda; and for the International Network for Sustainable Energy - East Africa. I am also Africa Sustainability Practitioners Fellow from Impact Africa Consulting Limited; member of the International Association of Facilitators; Member of the Global South Climate Experts' Platform & Advisory Board member - NAAM Festival #JusticeForLakeVictoria.
